STALLION ASSEMBLY PLANS

The Stallion is designed as a Kit Aircraft in which all the composite parts are pre-molded and many of the machined parts and especially the hydraulic parts are prefabricated. However, very detailed plans are available that show how the high performance Stallion is assembled. These drawings show many parts detailed in full size with dimensions so that they can be fabricated in case they need to be replaced. The assembly drawings allow a novice to build the aircraft assuming he has the kit parts. Material specifications, dimensions, tolerances and all hole size are shown including assembly notes.

Eight, very detailed, Assembly Manuals are included. These show reduced size drawings, sketches for fabrication of such as trim tab servo installation, auto pilot servos, antenna locations and wiring, tools and fasteners needed, all assembly sequences and instructions. They include:
