Star*Kraft
One of the largest aircraft designed by Martin Hollmann at Aircraft Designs was the 7,000 pound gross weight Star*Kraft which was powered by two Continental, water cooled, Voyager engines. The aft propeller was connected to the engine through a drive shaft.
Below are Jeff Ackland, Roger Kraft, Martin Hollmann and Richard Trickel at the kick off meeting for the building of the molds and parts for the Star*Kraft. After finishing the Star*Kraft, Jeff went on to design and build the Legend. Hollmann helped Ackland at the beginning of the design.
